A peaceful half-day pilgrimage to the universal Trimandir at Adalaj — comfortable cab, Innova and tempo traveller booking from Sabarmati with Adinath Travels.
A Trimandir Jain Temple Yatra from Ahmedabad is one of the calmest, most family-friendly pilgrimages you can plan in Gujarat. Located at Adalaj on the outskirts of Gandhinagar, roughly 25 km from Sabarmati, the Trimandir at Simandhar City is a unique universal temple where Jain, Vaishnav and Shaiv sanctums live peacefully under a single dome. For thousands of Jain families across Ahmedabad, this is the go-to half-day yatra: no long-distance drive, no thousands of steps, and a beautifully maintained marble complex that welcomes everyone from young children to elderly grandparents.
Adinath Travels arranges door-pickup Trimandir cab booking from Ahmedabad along with Innova and tempo traveller bookings from Sabarmati, Jawahar Chowk, Motera, Chandkheda, Gandhinagar and anywhere in the city. Whether you want a quiet solo darshan of Simandhar Swami, a group community yatra with 15 relatives, or an add-on tour that pairs Trimandir with the historic Hutheesing Jain Temple in Ahmedabad, we make the travel side effortless so you can focus on the darshan.
Trimandir (literally, “three temples”) is a spiritual initiative of the Dada Bhagwan Foundation. Under one roof it houses Jain (Simandhar Swami), Vaishnav (Krishna & Shiva) and Shaiv (Bhagwan Shiva) sanctums — a rare, beautifully peaceful symbol of religious harmony that draws pilgrims from every faith.
Trimandir Adalaj is more than a temple — it is a living statement of universal brotherhood. Here is what makes this Jain yatra destination special.
The Jain section enshrines Bhagwan Simandhar Swami — the living Tirthankara currently present in Mahavideh Kshetra. His darshan is considered spiritually charged and is central to Akram Vignan followers.
Jain, Vaishnav and Shaiv sanctums share a single grand structure — a rare architectural expression of “one world, one religion” that resonates with pilgrims of every background.
Founded by the Dada Bhagwan Foundation, the Trimandir carries forward the teachings of Akram Vignan — the science of self-realisation propagated by Param Pujya Dada Bhagwan.
Gleaming white marble facades, intricate carvings, high-domed sanctums and beautifully landscaped gardens make Trimandir one of Gujarat’s most photogenic modern temple complexes.
Dedicated meditation halls and satsang spaces let visitors sit quietly, listen to spiritual discourses, and experience the calm the complex is known for.
Wide walkways, fountains and shaded gardens make the Trimandir a place where families comfortably spend an unhurried couple of hours in devotion and reflection.
Trimandir is close to Ahmedabad, but the value of booking a dedicated cab or tempo traveller shows up in the details. Our drivers know the SG Highway – Adalaj approach, handle the school-and-office traffic gracefully, and are trained to wait patiently while your family completes darshan, meditation and a peaceful walk through the gardens. There is no meter anxiety, no ride-share cancellations and no rush.
For groups, a tempo traveller booking is easily the most comfortable way to bring 12 to 17 relatives together for a group Jain yatra. We also handle bus bookings for larger community groups from Sabarmati and Gandhinagar. Every vehicle is AC, sanitised and driven by a professional familiar with the Adalaj Trimandir approach road. If you want to combine Trimandir with a quick visit to the famous Adalaj Stepwell (just 3 km away) or Akshardham in Gandhinagar, we plan the day around your preferences.
The most comfortable way to reach Trimandir is a private vehicle. Here are the options we arrange for you.
Sedan or Innova with door pickup from anywhere in Ahmedabad, Sabarmati, Motera, Chandkheda or Gandhinagar. Ideal for families of 3–7.
12, 14 and 17-seater tempo traveller booking for extended family, community and society group yatras with push-back seats and music.
For 25 to 49-seater group yatras from Sabarmati, we arrange Adinath Travels bus rentals with pickup point coordination and refreshments on request.
SG Highway → Sarkhej-Gandhinagar Highway → Adalaj exit → Trimandir. Well-lit, four-lane, wheelchair-accessible parking at the complex.

Your Adinath Travels vehicle arrives at your home in Sabarmati, Jawahar Chowk, Motera, Chandkheda or anywhere in Ahmedabad. A relaxed morning start avoids the school-office rush on SG Highway.
Enter the peaceful Simandhar City complex. Park at the wide, well-marked parking lot. Freshen up, remove leather items, and prepare for a calm, meditative darshan.
Begin with the Jain sanctum — Simandhar Swami moolnayak darshan. Spend unhurried time in prayer, chaityavandan and reflection at this beautifully carved marble shrine.
Walk through the adjoining sanctums that make Trimandir a universal shrine — Krishna, Shiva and other deities — and quietly observe the architecture and iconography under the single grand dome.
Sit for a few minutes in the meditation hall, then take a slow walk through the landscaped gardens — a wonderful moment of calm for elderly parents and children alike.
If you want to add a short heritage stop, the famous 15th-century Adalaj Stepwell (Rudabai ni Vav) is only 3 km away and takes 30–40 minutes to explore. Your driver will happily route you there.
Break for lunch at a Jain-friendly restaurant en route. Return to Sabarmati or your Ahmedabad pickup point by approximately 1:30–2:00 PM — a complete, blessed half-day yatra.
Transparent half-day pricing. Fuel, tolls, driver and parking included. Call to confirm the final quote for your exact date and group size.

Trimandir Adalaj sits at the heart of a rich Jain pilgrimage belt. Extend your day with any of these popular add-ons.
Trimandir Adalaj is comfortable to visit throughout the year because most of the complex is indoors and the drive from Ahmedabad is short. That said, October to March offers the most pleasant Gujarat weather — cool mornings ideal for a peaceful yatra and photo walks in the gardens. April to June is doable if you plan an early morning or late-afternoon slot. Monsoon (July–September) transforms the surrounding fields into lush green and is beautiful in its own right.
Weekday mornings are the calmest for a reflective darshan. Weekends and Jain festival dates — especially during Paryushan — are more crowded, so we recommend booking your cab a few days in advance. For summer months, we suggest a 7:30–8:00 AM pickup from Sabarmati.
Small things that make your Trimandir Jain Temple Yatra smoother and more meaningful.
Wear clean, modest clothing appropriate for a spiritual complex. Traditional Indian wear or simple cotton kurta-pyjama is ideal for the darshan.
As with all Jain temples, remove leather belts, wallets, shoes and bags before entering the sanctum. Non-leather footwear is easier.
Keep phones on silent. Meditation halls and satsang areas are for quiet reflection — a small courtesy that everyone appreciates.
Photography of the outer complex and gardens is generally fine. Avoid photographing sanctums and idols unless clearly permitted. Ask trust volunteers if unsure.
The complex is flat and largely wheelchair-accessible. This is one of the easiest Jain yatras in Gujarat for elderly parents and small children.
For Paryushan, weekends and public holidays, book your Adinath Travels vehicle 2–3 days in advance to lock in your preferred pickup time.
